To obtain your continued education credits and certificate, you must follow the three steps listed below.

Starting from your Member Dashboard:

1) Take the Attestation

•  – Scroll to “Events”
•  – Click “QCHF Learning Center”
•  – Choose the session and click “Begin Course”.

After you complete the attestation – Return to your member dashboard to complete the evaluation.

2) Complete Your Evaluation

•  – Scroll to “Evaluations and Certificates”
•  – Click “Training Evaluation”
•  – Find the evaluation that corresponds to the completed session.

3) Print Your Certificate

•  – Scroll to “Evaluations and Certificates”
•  – Click “Credits Earned Transcript”
•  – Print your CE certificate.

You have access to the (attestation/quiz), evaluation and CE credits for 45 days from the event date. After that, access will no longer be available.

NAB Credit
NAB CE Providers MUST electronically report completed CEs to the NAB CE Registry within 30 days of the event completion date. NAB certificates are available directly from the NAB website. 

To ensure proper credit, you must:

• Add your NAB Registry Identification Number to your Member Dashboard.
• Confirm that your name listed with NAB and on your name badge are identical.
  • For example: If CAHF/QCHF has you listed as “Tom Smith,” but your NAB registration name is “Thomas Smith,” our electronic upload will be unsuccessful, and no credit will be reported.
• Sign-in and sign-out of each session if sign-in sheets are available; or
• Your name badge will be scanned upon entry to session(s).

All registrants are required to complete an attestation and evaluation for all events offered. Please follow these instructions: 

1) Take the Attestation

• Choose the session and click “Begin Course”.

After you complete the attestation – Return to your member dashboard to complete the evaluation.

2) Complete Your Evaluation

• Scroll to “Evaluations and Certificates”
• Click “Training Evaluation”
• Find the evaluation that corresponds to the completed session.

Self-Reporting NAB Credit

Individuals may self-report their credit earned for an event. For instruction on how to do so, view the NAB CE Registry for Administrators FAQs.

MCLE Credit
Credit earned will be electronically reported within 30 days of the event.

To obtain MCLE Credit offered for those specific sessions, you must complete the following:

1) Sign-In

• MCLE sign-in sheets will be available when you enter the session (this is a separate form from the standard sign-in sheet.
• Provide your license number on the MCLE sign-in sheet.
• Take an evaluation form (available next to the sign-in sheet).

2) Complete an evaluation at the end of the session and sign the 2-sided form.

3) Turn in your evaluation at the end of the session.
